Marika Horacek-Kunkle, LPC, ATR-BC
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR & ART THERAPIST
Life is complex & often contradictory.
Sometimes, words are not enough. Art therapy can help.
It is not always easy to put our experiences into words. I believe your story is a work of art, intricate & full of depth. Art therapy uses numerous approaches to help you connect with yourself & others, while developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
I have experience working with clients of all ages, including children, adults, & families. In my work with Free Arts New York, I utilized the creative arts to enhance self-esteem & strengthen communication within the family system. With my unique set of skills, I desire to help you navigate through all of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem issues, family conflicts & more.
Where words may fail, the creative arts can provide deep understanding. It would be an honor to join you on your journey towards recognizing that you were a masterpiece all along.
